We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the European Union.

United Kingdom

Standard: £4.99 (free on orders of £50 and over) — 3–5 business days
Express: £6.99 — 1–2 business days

European Union

Standard International: £14.99 — 3–5 business days

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location.

Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of purchase. To cancel, email us at info@stoic-note.com with your order number as soon as possible — we cannot guarantee cancellation after this window, as your order may already be processed.

Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the original purchase date. To start a return, email us at info@stoic-note.com with your order number and proof that the item is undamaged and in its original condition.

Refunds are only issued for items returned undamaged. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
